Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. However, due to the nature of our bin rental and junk removal services, cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee of $200. This fee is necessary to cover the operational and scheduling costs associated with the service. For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, there will be no charges incurred. To avoid any cancellation charges, we recommend providing us with ample notice. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of the challenges we face in managing last-minute cancellations. Please note that the cancellation fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file unless other arrangements are made in advance.
